QuickLiftingJournal

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

Short version: your workouts stay on your phone. We don't run accounts and we never see, sell or share your workout data. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and the free version shows ads from Google AdMob.

This policy explains how QuickLiftingJournal (the "app"), made by Symco Real Estate LLC ("we", "us"), handles information. It covers the iPhone and Android apps and the web version.

Workout data you enter

Exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout names and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We don't operate servers that receive this data, and there's no account or login. If you use Export my data, the app creates a file on your device; where you send or save that file is up to you.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions and the Remove Ads purchase are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your name, payment card or billing address. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, to check whether you've purchased Pro. RevenueCat receives a random app user ID generated by the app, your purchase and subscription status, and basic device information such as platform and app version. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Ads in the free version

The free version shows ads on the Home screen only, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID), IP address, and information about ad interactions, to show and measure ads. On iPhone, the app asks your permission before allowing tracking; if you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Subscribing to Pro or buying Remove Ads turns ads off. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Feedback

If you choose to use the in-app Give feedback link, it opens a Google Form. Anything you type there is sent to Google Forms and shared with us. Please don't include sensitive information.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use it only to respond to you.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

Deleting the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently removes your workout data. Since we never hold a copy, there's nothing on our side to delete. To ask about purchase records held by RevenueCat, or support emails, contact us below.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
